Who we are

Volt Supply sells the products in this shop.

Volt Supply

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is made when we confirm your order by email, once your payment has been received. Prices include VAT where it applies; shipping costs are shown before you pay.

Payment

You pay when you order, through Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Delivery

We ship to the countries offered at checkout, usually within the delivery time shown there. If something is delayed we will tell you. The goods are at our risk until they are delivered to you.

Changing your mind

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. How that works is on our returns page.

Warranty and complaints

Everything we sell comes with the legal guarantee that it is as described and fit for normal use. If something is wrong, tell us at the address on our contact page; we answer within 14 days. Consumers in the EU may also use the Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

Law

The law of the country where we are established applies, without taking away the protection that the law of your own country gives you as a consumer.
