14 days to change your mind

You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or someone you named) received the goods, without giving a reason. Tell us at the address on our contact page — a clear message is enough, or you can use the form below.

Sending it back

Send the goods back within 14 days of telling us. Unless we say otherwise, the cost of sending them back is yours. Please handle the goods only as you would in a shop, to see what they are.

Your refund

We refund everything you paid, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of hearing from you, to the way you paid. We may wait until we have the goods back or you have shown that you sent them.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your own specifications, or to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
